Reserving a slot
You can contact me via my business email at any time to reserve a slot or ask about your head(s). Sometimes I can take up to 24 hours to reply so please be patient.
You will need to tell me beforehand the amount of heads you would like to send to me and if there is any special work you'd like me to do (this includes more elaborate things like facial tattoos, beards, scars etc.) Once I confirm your slot we're good to go!

Commission Form
You will need to send me the heads along with a commission form filled out for each head.
The forms can either be sent to me via email or included in the package you send. You can be as specific as you like, you can even add pictures for reference if it pleases you (if so, I recommend sending the form via email). If some information is missing (like the shape of the eyebrows) I will proceed with the faceup and "fill in the gaps" as I see fit. So, if there is something you didn't really describe, it will be left to my artistic freedom.
I will send the commission form attached to the email confirming your slot.
Process
Once I receive the heads I will begin working immediately. I will work on the heads first come first served to avoid major delaying.
I do take work in progress pictures, usually three in total for each stage of the faceup. I currently use my phone to take pictures with the pro settings, I like taking one from each angle to give you an idea of what it looks like.

You may tell me to change or tweak anything if you want to, but I expect a speedy reply because I do not like having an unfinished head lying around.
When you have seen all the WIP pictures and given me the nod of approval. I will calculate the total + shipping. Once I have received the payment I send the head(s) back on their way to you.
Terms and conditions
If you are not happy with the result of the faceup then it means something about my interpretation doesn't appeal to you. I regret if this should ever be the case, but I cannot offer a free do-over because of the cost of the materials and the time. If you want the faceup to be re-done, you will need to pay at least half of the full price again (depending on the situation). I always do my best to capture what you want, but bear in mind that it can still differ from the image in your head. That is why it is very important you communicate with me during this process so I know if we are on the right track.
If you requested eyelashes to be installed into your dolls head, please send your doll with a face protector (always recommended).
I do not offer any kind of resin modification.
I do not work on recasts.
